One page for each school task, with the screen and the limits.

Each page first answers the question that brings a school here, shows the real screen with a made-up school’s data and says what Auladia does not do yet, in the same sentence.

At the end you will find the rules that apply, linked to the official source, and the date of the last review. The screens are in Catalan: the app and the management screens are in Catalan and Spanish, with no English interface.

  1. Taking the register and absence notes at school

    Auladia covers attendance from end to end: the teacher takes the register on a phone or tablet, even with no signal; the family reports an absence in the app and excuses it with a photo of the note; and the school office or the class tutor approves the note with one tap.

  2. School-parent communication app: notices and consent

    Auladia keeps communication between school and families inside the app and the portal: notices and letters home with attachments, messages between teacher and family without sharing a personal phone number, parent meetings and trip consent forms signed on a phone.

  3. Markbook, school reports and marks for parents

    Auladia handles assessment from start to finish: the teacher marks in the markbook with the achievement scale used in Catalan basic education (NA, AS, AN and AE), decides each subject’s mark for the term, the class tutor adds a comment and the family and the pupil download the report as a PDF.

  4. School lunch software: menus, diets and allergies

    Auladia runs the school’s lunch service and breakfast club: the menu with the allergens in each dish, the options and sittings, the supervisor’s register on a phone, and the charge on the fee statement a month in arrears.

  5. Class photos and image consent at school

    With Auladia, teachers upload class photos from their phone to the class album, and each family views and downloads them in the app, with no public link.

  6. School bus app: transport for schools and parents

    Auladia runs school transport: outward and return routes with their stops and escorts, which pupil uses which stop on which days, and the escort’s trip in the app, marking “Got on” and “Got off” even with no signal.

  7. School fees software with SEPA direct debit batches

    Each month Auladia prepares the school’s batch of bills, with fees, discounts, grants and the split between parents, and produces the SEPA direct debit file in the bank’s format.
