For music and arts schools
Piano on Tuesday, theory on Thursday and choir on Saturday: one timetable.
The music pack is a set of modules switched on top of Auladia. A pupil who takes individual lessons, a group class and an ensemble is placed in their group lessons automatically on enrolment.
Make-up lessons, by your rule.
By default, if the teacher is absent, the pupil is entitled to a make-up lesson. When a teacher is on leave, the office resolves each lesson one by one: cover, move, make up or cancel, and a cancellation credits the next bill.
Instruments, concerts and rooms
- Instruments
- Loans with a signed contract and deposit, and the repair workshop.
- Concerts
- A public listing, QR tickets and door checks from a phone.
- Rooms
- Empty rooms can be hired out, with the right invoice for the type of hire.
Marks, exactly as the teacher enters them.
Each programme has its own scale. The family, the pupil and the report see exactly the figure the teacher entered. An issued report is never edited: if it needs correcting, it is reissued with the reason.
If you are coming from GWIDO.
We import GWIDO’s six lists, first as a dry run reviewed with the office.
The GWIDO importer has not yet been tested with a real school’s export. And the digital music stand for the teacher’s tablet, with scores and annotations, comes later.
