For schools

The whole school, from breakfast club to the afternoon bus.

For private and state-funded schools from nursery (age 3) to the end of compulsory secondary (age 16). Start with the day to day (families, lunch, the bus, photos, parent meetings) and add the rest when you want.

Assessment, on the official scale.

The Catalan primary and secondary curriculum comes installed. Teachers mark in the markbook on the official achievement scale (not achieved, satisfactory, good or excellent), and the report to families uses the same scale.

Parent meetings and behaviour.

Parent meetings are booked in slots, with a count of the meetings still due per class. Behaviour incidents follow the procedure: the measure is communicated to the family, who can respond.

Lunch, the bus and photos.

Three services families notice every day, inside the same program. The school office sees the day’s bus at a glance: how many pupils ride, how many have boarded and whether anyone needs checking.

End-of-year records, with the signatures the decree requires.

At the end of the year, the head of studies records each pupil’s decision (moving up, repeating or the certificate) and generates the class’s official record, with each subject as AE, AN, AS or NA and its equivalent. The class tutor signs in primary and every teacher of the class in secondary, from a phone too, and the head approves it. The academic history is built from the records in force.

It does not yet exchange data with the RALC or produce the transfer report, the end-of-primary report or the guidance report. If you are coming from Clickedu, records from earlier years stay there.
