Pricing
You pay per pupil. That is it.
We do not publish figures yet: we will set them with the first schools. What is fixed is how the price is worked out, and we publish it so you know before you talk to us.
How it is worked out.
- Per pupil at the school. You never pay per teacher or per family.
- No mandatory setup package. We import your data ourselves, with the school office.
- You switch on the modules you need. If you switch one off, the data stays read-only.

| School | Core, families, attendance, timetables, enrolment, billing, messages, consent forms, lunch and photos. SEPA, if you collect by direct debit. |
| Music and arts school | Everything except lunch and transport. |
| Add-on | School transport, on top of any plan that has families, billing and attendance. |
The figures
We will publish them here once they are set. Until then, we send you a written proposal for the size of your school and the modules you need.
When prices are published, they will always say whether VAT is included.
