What we do with the data you give us when you request a demo or write to us. Pupil and family data that schools manage in the app is not covered here: it has its own legal texts.
This English version is an informative translation. If it differs, the Catalan and Spanish versions prevail.

Name, email and school are needed to reply; the rest is optional. We do not ask for pupil data or build profiles.
How long
- Demo requests and consent to receive news: twelve months from when you send them. Then an automatic process deletes them.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to reply and, at most, twelve months.
- If your school contracts Auladia, the data becomes part of the contract relationship.
- We do not store your IP address.
Who is involved
We do not sell or share your data; we would only give it to an authority if the law required it. Three providers handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare and Resend, under a data processing agreement, and Google, which hosts the mailbox where we read the emails you send us.

Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or take it elsewhere, by writing to privacitat@auladia.com. If needed, we will ask for the minimum to check it is you.
You can withdraw your consent to receive news at any time, with the link in each email or by writing to us. What was done before remains lawful.
If you think we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you.
School data
This policy only covers this website. For pupil, family and staff data that a school handles in the app, the school is the controller and Auladia processes it on its behalf. The app’s legal texts explain it.
