Delete your account
Delete your Auladia account.
Families and students aged 14 and over can do it, even without the app installed. All you need is the account’s email address.
Without the app.
Enter the account’s email in the form. If it belongs to an account, we will send you a link to confirm, valid for 60 minutes and only once.

Opens Auladia’s form in the web app (in Spanish or Catalan).
What happens when you confirm.
Once you confirm, the account is deleted straight away: every session is closed (in the app and on other devices too), the password and second factor stop working and you will get no more notices. It cannot be undone. The data your school holds about you is not erased at that moment: each school receives an erasure request and has one month to answer it. It will erase what it does not have to keep and keep locked what the law requires, such as invoices (6 years) or the academic record, until that period ends.

If you can sign in, you can also ask for it under Security (website) or “Sessions i contrasenya” (app), where you will see its status.
If you work at the school.
Staff accounts belong to the school: ask the school’s leadership or office to delete it.
