Modules

Start with what you need. The rest, when you want it.

Auladia is one program made of modules. Each school switches on the ones it needs and we activate them. If you switch one off, the data is not deleted: it stays read-only, as the law requires for bills and records.

Always there.

Core
Pupils, staff, subjects, classes, marks, reports, assessment minutes, the official end-of-year records and the academic history. The emergency channel to reach a family is always on.

Day to day

Families
Guardians, custody, the family portal and app, court restrictions and payment splits.
Attendance
Taking the register in class, offline too, absence notes, absenteeism alerts and behaviour, with the family’s right to be heard.
Timetables
Lessons, rooms, the school timetable, each teacher’s diary and cover when someone is absent.
Messages
Notices, letters with attachments, conversations with families, with reporting and blocking reviewed by leadership, and parent meetings with booking slots.
Consent forms
Trip consent forms and the pick-up list at the gate.
Guide: taking the register offline

Services

Lunch and breakfast club
Menu, sittings, diets and allergies without opening the health record, the register at each table and billing in arrears.
Transport
Routes, stops and supervisors. The supervisor runs the trip even offline and the family sees when their child got on and off. It is an add-on.
Photos
Teachers upload photos from their phone to their class. Families view and download them, and photos of a pupil without image consent stay hidden.

The office and billing

Enrolment
Pre-registration via a web form with no account, admissions, enrolment with fees, renewal and leavers.
Billing
Bills, monthly batches, the office till, invoicing and costs.
SEPA
Mandates, pre-notification, bank-format batches and returns. Whoever approves a batch cannot be whoever created it.

VERI*FACTU invoicing is built. We will switch it on for your school once we have signed the responsible declaration and tested submission with the Tax Agency.
