Help with the app and your account.

This page is for people who already use Auladia: families, students, teachers and school staff. The app itself is in Catalan and Spanish.

The data in the app belongs to your school. The Auladia team makes sure the app works and that you can sign in.

Where to ask for help.

Inside the app and the school’s website, once you are signed in, there is a “Necessito ajuda” button (“Necesito ayuda” in Spanish). Say what you were trying to do and what happened. Your message reaches the Auladia team, and the reply appears there and by email.

Before sending, you see what is attached and can remove it: the last screens and buttons you used on that device and any errors. Never what you typed, and no names or anyone’s data.

If you cannot sign in, email us. Tell us your school and what you were trying to do; there is no need to include pupils’ details.

Before you write.

Many things are run by your school, not by Auladia: pupil details, fees and payments, consent forms, timetables, marks and who can see what. For all of that, the school office comes first: they are the ones who can change it.

Auladia helps with the app and your account: signing in, your password and second factor, a screen that does not load or a button that does not do what you expected.

What you can do yourself.

When we will reply.

Support is in Catalan and Spanish, Monday to Friday on Catalan working days, from 9 am to 6 pm Spanish mainland time.

First response times are those in the terms of service each school signs, counted in working hours and days:
