For the school office

Fewer phone calls at nine in the morning.

Pre-registration, enrolment, families, bills, the office till and absence notes, all in one place. And families do from their phones what used to be done by phone call.

9:30. The kitchen knows how many meals to cook.

At 9:30 the day’s lunch list closes. Regulars are already counted, and so are the tickets of children staying just today; children whose families reported them absent no longer are.

18:00. Pol leaves robotics club. The club, lunch and the bus go on the same bill.

And it is split: half to his mother, half to his father. Rosa sees her bill, and not Marc’s.

Also

Pre-registration arrives by itself.

Through a web form, with no account needed. Once accepted, the family gets an invitation to activate their access.

Absence notes, with a photo.

The family reports the absence from their phone and takes a photo of the note. You do not have to type it in.

The till

You take cash for bills and record material sales paid in cash, by card or with Bizum, and print the receipt or invoice there and then. The legal limit of 1,000 euros in cash per transaction is applied automatically, also when both parents pay separately for the same service.

Bills and batches

Every month, Auladia prepares the batch with fees, discounts, grants and the split between parents, and the direct debit file in the bank format. When the bank returns one, the return is recorded and the family can pay another way.

The school's finances on the computer: €210,741 invoiced across 1,334 invoices, €127,233 collected and €83,509 outstanding. Under SEPA returns, none left to handle and 11 already dealt with; below, the latest invoices (the screen is in Catalan). We do the import.
