What we are finishing and what comes next. We do not put dates we are not sure of: when something is ready, it leaves this page and moves to the one where it belongs.
For families
- Paying by card and Bizum
- Enrolment, tickets and returned bills. Until then, direct debit or the school office.
- Email and SMS notifications
- For people who do not use the app. Today notifications arrive in the app.
- Appealing a mark from the portal
- Today the school records it.
- Revoking a mandate from the portal
- Today it is done at the school office.
The app in the stores
- On the App Store and Google Play
- The iPhone, iPad and Android app is in pilot. It reaches the stores with the first schools. The app and the management screens are already in Catalan and Spanish.
Statutory school records
- The other official documents
- The end-of-year records and the academic history are already there. Still to come: the transfer report, the end-of-primary report, the guidance report, the academic history in Catalan and Spanish, the academic history in the family portal and the RALC exchange.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft
- Built. It still has to be registered with Google and Microsoft.
Invoicing and data
- VERI*FACTU
- Built. We will switch it on once we have signed the responsible declaration and tested submission with the Tax Agency, before it becomes mandatory.
- The family copy in the app
- Today families download the copy of their data from the browser.
Certification
- National Security Framework (ENS)
- Many of the measures are already there. Certification is the next formal step.
- Accessibility audit of the app
- We will do it before working with public schools.
- An uptime commitment
- We will publish it once we can measure it in production.
- The first school in production
- Production is ready on Amazon Web Services, in the European Union, and starts with the first school. There is none yet.
